On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the École Nationale Supérieure de l’Administration (ENSA) had the honour of welcoming a delegation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), led by its Rector, Professor Samuel Kwaku BONSU. The visit took place in the presence of Her Excellency Mrs. Charity GBEDAWO, Ambassador of Ghana to the Kingdom of Morocco. The delegation also included Professor Ebenezer ADAKU, Deputy Rector, and Professor Emmanuel NUMAPAU GYAMFI, Associate Professor at the School of Public Service and Governance.

During this visit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Professor BONSU and Dr. Nada BIAZ, Director General of ENSA, marking the beginning of a promising academic and institutional partnership between the two institutions.

The agreement aims to foster collaboration in several key areas, including training, research, capacity building, internships, joint events, and the exchange of best practices in public administration. It aligns with the Kingdom of Morocco’s strong commitment to South-South cooperation and regional integration.

ENSA welcomes this alliance with GIMPA, which reinforces its mission to support effective, modern, and forward-looking public governance across the African continent.
